Problem

Solution
Designed a fully automated, scenario-based certification that simulates real customer conversations. Built branching dialogue aligned to the company’s sales process, allowing reps to practice decision-making and receive immediate feedback.

My Role
Led end-to-end design and development including analysis of the sales model, scripting realistic dialogue, building branching scenarios, and designing the user experience.

AI Use
Used AI to generate dialogue variations, test branching scenarios, and accelerate scripting, then refined to ensure alignment with the company’s sales standards.

Outcome
Reduced reliance on live evaluators, created a scalable certification process, and provided a consistent way to assess and reinforce expected sales behaviors.

OSRO Onboarding eLearning (Oil Spill Removal Organization)

Problem
New hires needed to understand complex regulatory requirements related to OSRO, including compliance with U.S. Coast Guard standards. Existing onboarding content was dense and difficult to retain.

Solution
Designed a visual, comic-style eLearning experience that broke down complex policies into manageable sections. Included a clear table of contents so learners could navigate required content efficiently. Used scenario-style explanations, visuals, and subtle animations to reinforce understanding.

Led end-to-end design and development, including content structure, visual layout, scripting, and interaction design.

AI Use
Used AI to generate draft explanations, alternative examples, and streamline content development, then refined for accuracy and clarity.

Outcome
Improved learner engagement and comprehension, with positive feedback on clarity, personalization (name-based text), and use of visuals and audio to support focus. Content made complex compliance requirements easier to understand and apply.

Challenge
Balancing regulatory accuracy with simplicity, ensuring learners understood both the “what” and the “why” behind compliance requirements.

Accounting Standards eLearning (Oregon Trail Theme)

Problem
Employees needed to complete mandatory training on Minimum Accounting Standards, but the policy content was dense, low-engagement, and often treated as a checkbox rather than something to apply on the job.

Solution
Designed a themed eLearning experience using an Oregon Trail concept to increase engagement and retention. Structured the course as a guided journey, breaking policies into clear, manageable steps with visuals and decision points to reinforce understanding.

My Role
Led design and development including concept, structure, scripting, visual design, and interaction development using PowerPoint and Illustrator.

AI Use
Used AI to generate draft content, simplify policy language, and create alternative examples, then refined for accuracy and alignment with standards.

Outcome
Increased engagement and course completion, with strong learner feedback on clarity and relatability. Training helped employees better understand and apply required accounting standards in their roles.
